After 5 years of romance and dating, it was during a vineyard tour in London that Mark decided to pop the question to then girlfriend, Tracy. These two have a lot in common and it shows in the cohesive and romantic setting of their wedding night. Tracy is in Marketing and Mark is in business finance and yet they both sharing passions for delicious food, good wine, and a lot of travel. It seems like a match made in heaven – right?
The couple agreed that they wanted their wedding night to be a good time for the guests, everyone dancing underneath the stars all night. This was the image in Tracy and Mark’s mind as they planned the design, mood, music, and food.
A message from the bride:
Our photographer, Tony Wodarck was unreal. One of the details on our day was a McDonalds engraving in Mark’s ring (a story for another time). Tony saw it, then drove out to the nearest McDonald’s to get Mark a big mac and fries and created a whole photo shoot with the ring. It was amazing. He also had his second shooter kicking up dust while we were in the desert to give the photos the most magical, golden hour feel. Our florist was also amazing. She was such a pleasure to work with – 2 hour FaceTime calls every few months and she completely captured our vision. We both teared up when we saw each other because it had been so special working together for all those months.
And just some tips from one bride to another, there are things that will be out of control, just let it happen. We ran out of alcohol not once, but three times throughout the night. Luckily we had our planner go out for more, but it’s stuff like that you can’t really predict. All you can do is put together an amazing team of vendors who will make sure the fires are put out!
